As a cultural broker I connect, build relations and mediate between people of diverse backgrounds to affect change, seize opportunities and enhance joint interests on behalf of business clients.
Either as an insider by integrating intercultural knowledge into the clients' meaning creation, or as a cultural outsider by eliciting ideas in a process of reevaluation of conduct and experiences with local team members. Both approaches integrate diverse points of views by bringing forth tacit cultural understandings in the illumination of extensive options for the production of new knowledge and solutions.
